Corp Embar and repeat of the Corp Dropshot in the Gears Dev stream starting soon.

Can't wait to get home tonight, fire up FH4 and get that spring barn find.  Last one I need for the achievement.

I also came across my final road last night - 531 / 531.  Surprisingly, it was the driveway for a property I had not purchased yet.  I thought I just had the one castle left.

Finished a race a little after the top of the hour last night and went to the Forzathon Live.  There was no else participating, which was a little surprising.  Been in some with 2 or 3 others before, but never alone.  Can't remember if it was 3am or 4am Eastern.  Tried to do the first challenge myself, fell short.  Was a speed zone on a dirt road.  Wasn't in the best car for it, since I had finished the A class seasonal challenge.  Not sure if swapping for a better vehicle would've worked, or if the time taken for the swap would've sunk me anyway.

Another accumulative skill score challenge in the weekly, 2 million in the VW Corrado.  Next week will be 5 million in a Cult car.

 
Since I'm (literally) jobless, I was browsing through game pass games and saw Sinner as ready to install. I queued it up and it was ready this morning. Its a good game especially for dark souls veterans. Runs and feels (right down to how the environment looks) like it.

The achievements are real easy, especially for someone like me - who loves souls games but is extremely bad it. Almost all the chievos are around how you die at the hands of the boss. I even died during the tutorial. Thats an achievement, in every sense of the word. :)

Of course, there's one each to beat the boss too :wall: :p

As you play along, you will get the hang of the controls and it kinda feels better after few deaths. Overall, its a good game.

I have special place for that car. My uncle had his stolen. He got I back, put an alarm system and a club. Car got stolen again, he managed to get it back. He put a kill switch on it and a removable stereo (early 90s) and they stole the car again. Someone wanted that car BAD!!!

I went for lunch, the people at my Taco Bell didn’t give me a box, so when I was done I asked for the code. I’m gonna cash it in later tonight as I reach for the antiacids I will inevitably require after eating at Taco Bell at my age.

Tons of people on TA and the forums have it glitched as well, par for the course with FH but this is the first time I've been hit with it. DLC find or any extra ones they add might fix it as well. Time to wait and see.

 
Just out of curiosity on the Barn find glitch, did people also have the Castle one done? I'm 14/15 but haven't bought the castle yet, and haven't done summer season yet if there is a barn find in that also.

Have you been playing since release and not join the Horizon roster before the 4th? It was summer in game between Ultimate Edition access and the 4th. Was getting a number of barn find rumors that first week until I got down to 4 left - fall, winter, spring and castle. Didn't know which was the summer one, but from one of the TA solutions, it is

today's BC announced games aren't in my "ready to install" list. they show up as owned on the marketplace but they're not listed in the xbox one x enhanced section of the dashboard, either.

 
If anyone jumped at the promo a few weeks ago about buying a month of Game Pass using Paypal in order to get a second month free....the redemption code for the free month arrived in a XBL system message for me tonight.  Take a look at your messages on Xbox, it might be waiting for you.

That's the only one I haven't tried yet, so I'll give it a look. Yeah the only reason I went in for it was the Far Cry 3 remaster, that could be worth the price of admission if it's not standalone at this point.

 
Got a code from Xbox earlier this evening:

Thanks for being a Tomb Raider fan! To celebrate the launch of the next chapter, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, here's a code for the White Shadow Band Resource Pack, which is useable in that game.

Don't know what triggered it.  I have not redeemed the Shadow code that came with my X.  I have played the 360 reboot and Rise (own both digitally), have the XB1 reboot (was GwG IIRC) as well as a number of the older 360 games in my digital backlog.

I got it too - I bought The Croft edition when it was on sale last week, I just figured it was because of that.

 
I played the reboot on 360 and the One, and a few hours of Rise of the Tomb Raider on the Xbox One and also got the code.

I got the same thing, weird to get for a game I do t play. If any regular wants the “white shadow band respires paxk” lemme know if not I’ll drop it i the time line tomorrow
 
I forgot to thank everyone earlier for the advice about a child account. I’m definitely setting my son up for his birthday.

Two more question though. Does Game Pass share too? He’s all hyped watching me play Forza Horizon 4. And since it’s a separate account, he won’t be able to access saves under my profile, right?

Game Pass should share to accounts on the same Xbox, at least the downloaded games themselves if not the Ready to Install list. I think you can actually still game share Game Pass games like all digital stuff if you have two Xboxes.

Saves are definitely separated by profile. Unless your kid actually logs into your profile instead of his own he shouldn't be able to affect your saves at all.

 
We're up to 5 PUBG bundles on Twitch Prime, of which 0 of them are available for anything other than PC. fuck us console peasants right?

The Warframe bundle I mentioned a few days ago is live, two free Prime weapons with all the bells and whistles including weapon slots.

 
In Overwatch I was very surprised when I opened a loot crate and got a RIP victory pose. Know I posted a few days ago that I read they were taken out of loot crates before Halloween terror last year. I didn't unlock any last year and have probably opened 15 this year before getting one. Too bad it was for one I already own and not a new unlock.
 
now less than 7 days away from new Red Dead, the new trailer delivered exactly what I wanted for me, I'd say spoiler warning but I'm sure it will be on every channel of TV and Hulu or Youtube ad the next week

 
I am a bit confused with the Blood Bowl 2 sales this week.  Looks like you can get the legendary edition that includes the expansion for $11.25. The expansion is on sale for $26.79? Should it not be less than getting the legendary edition? I remember picking up Blood Bowl 2 on sale for $5 a while back. I thinking about buying the legendary edition for the expansion.  Is the expansion worth picking up?

If you enjoy the game yes. The extra teams add a lot to the overall feel of the game. The single player mode is also expanded I believe. That said, fuck this game. Want to sprint? Roll anything but a one. Oh look, another one. Want to dodge with an elf? Roll anything but a one. Oh look, a one. Want to throw past that black orc? He can only roll a six to intercept. Oh would you look at that, a six.
