Amazon has a 12 Month Card for $39.96
and NewEgg also has 12 Month Cards for $39.99

Those are the cheapest I've seen so far.

For Amazon, make sure you select the card and not the online code. The code is still $49.99.

People have been routinely selling 12 month codes one ebay for $29.99. However, they are just bundles of 12, one month cards from that giveaway. Since they stack, I see no problem with that route.
