Xbox 360 Chatpad

Hey i just bought and Xbox 360 chatpad and it doesn't seem to work. Is there something i am not doing or is it suppose to be just plug and play? The inputs on it are kinda loose, could that be why it don't work? Any suggestions? -Thanks

I'm pretty sure you need to be on Live, but I guess that you already tried that.

If you havent, log on and plug it in. There should be an update for it I believe.
