Xbox 360 Controller/HDD deals?

PlatinumIce

CAGiversary!
Recently my 30 headset broke, and I've bought four new mics from various stores (wired) and tried them. None worked. This leads me to believe it's not the mics that are malfunctioning, but the controller. I never really bought another one because I mainly played online and not on the same console.

So anyway, are there any deals on 360 wireless controllers? I don't really care what color (besides pink or anything else ridiculous :p) it is, just as long as it's wireless.

And while I'm requesting some deals, are there any HDD deals for the 360? I'm still stuck on the 20GB and I"m having to delete old Arcade games and redownload them if I want to play them. Even a 60GB would be fine, but a 120GB is preferable, and if possible for under $90.

Thanks for any advice!!

Amazon has wireless 360 controllers for as low as $29 + shipping and you can find 120GB xbox 360 harddrives for around $50 on ebay. Theres one on now with no bids for $42 with like 30mins to go.

Wow, these deals are way better (at least for HDDs) than I thought! I was expecting to pay at least $100 for a 120GB. $90 for a 250 isn't bad, but with Reach and Black Ops (and several downloadable games) coming out that I'm going to want to get day one, I doubt I'll be able to afford it. I guess I'll go with the 120 GB.

Thanks a ton!

How reliable is buy.com? The deal looks tempting but deals that are too good to be true usually are. A quick looksie around shows their rep is all over the place. I want to jump on this deal, but I afraid of getting screwed

I just bought the 20GB Live Starter kit about a month ago from buy.com and was happy with them. They shipped the item within a couple days and I received it within a week after I ordered it. I would buy from them again.

I've only ever had maybe 1 good experience with buy.com....and that was like 5 or 6 years ago.

Pretty much any deal that involves buy.com I just ignore. I know its different for everyone, but me personally, buy.com can go fuck themselves.

So I see CAGs see it the same way. Experiences all over the scale then. Curse you MS and your over priced hard drives

So I bit, I starting to have second thoughts and a more in depth search showed me that chances are this is a fake. What are my chances of a refund if it is? And how do I approach it.

I am also looking for a new controller but could of swore a while back controllers could be had for $34 with a play and charge and around $26 or so without. They seem quite a bit higher now. I think it was walmart and amazon going back and forth at the time. Anyone else remember that?
