xbox 360 extended warranty?

I just bought my 360. Do you think i should get the extended warranty? I noticed the warranty card said that it needs to be purchased w/in 10 days of purchase. How strict are they with that?

It seems to me that they should be able to extend your warranty at anytime before the current 1 year warranty expires.

THey told me I had up to three months after purchase to buy the extended warranty.

Considering how much these damn things break (I'm on my third in less than a year of ownership) I recommend buying the ex. warranty. It's worth the money!

Absolutely get it, I have been through 4 of them so far. The one I have now has yet to freeze thank goodness.

get the warranty , I have been through 4 myself and I thank the stars i have the warranty. Best 50 bucks you will ever spend. My warranty was for 3 years that I bought through Microsoft.
