Xbox 360 Headset Alternative

I'm looking for a good alternative for the 360's crappy official headset. Something that is lightweight, provides a good volume for communication and under $30. That would be the ideal headset for me. Please share some knowledge.

Buy the Halo 2 headset for like $10 somewhere (I'm sure you can find one online or in a store on clearance) and buy the volume/mute adapter from Circuit City for another $7-10. I use both of them and it works perfectly.

I've been thinking about getting one of those adapters for a while now. Does anyone have suggestions of a good headset to go with it?

The uh... Halo 2 one I mentioned is great.

EDIT: Whoa... that's weird. The Halo 2 plantronics headset I mentioned was deleted for some reason.
