XBOX 360 Live Glitch?

I'm not quiet sure if i'm posting this in the correct section so I apologize in advanced.


Anyways have you guys ever experienced this glitch?
For over a month i've had Xbox live Gold completely free. 3 Months ago i purchased 2 months of xbox live gold for 2 dollars from the xbox live dashboard. But fast forward 3 months after my purchase and i still have xbox live gold.

I made sure to cancel any recurring payments on my paypal account the same day i bought the 2 months of live. Has anyone ever experienced something like this before?
I'm very thankful for my free month of live and hopefully it stays like that for life

this happened to me a few years back when I was month to month and my credit card expired. Xbox Live service continued for 2 months then I got a bill in the mail from Microsoft for those 2 months

Yeah go here and make sure you don't owe anything. If you do owe something after a certain amount of time they lock your account until you pay so try to take care of it via 18004MyXbox as soon as possible.

Happened to me as well. I ended up getting 2 extra months for what I thought was free of charge. That was until Microsoft sent me a bill for those 2 months.

I just re-checked my paypal account and i did cancel the subscription.

and usb cable i did check out that link and it looks like i do owe starting last month. But i didn't buy xbox live so why are they charging me? it's their systems fault not mine. So should i call or ignore it? Are they going to want me to pay? because i will refuse.
