Not bad, not sure if better deals will come out of this, but over half off for a relatively new game and wireless joystick may be worth it.

Still trying to decide if I want this...

360 - http://www.amazon.com/Tekken-Limite...UTF8&coliid=I3O6CFVHY8P79Z&colid=A3BUCLS9EIC6

PS3 - http://www.amazon.com/Tekken-Limite...UTF8&coliid=I2D4UL4E2UFLF5&colid=A3BUCLS9EIC6

EDIT

If anyone wants to post any reviews on the stick, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm interested in this, but not if the stick is garbage.

I bought the 360 version at launch and I picked up the PS3 version on Black Friday. I've already traded in both copies of Tekken 6 back to Amazon for store credit but I'm keeping the wireless sticks.

If you don't want the game, you can get a wireless arcade stick for 55 bucks.

Stick is ok, if you've never played with a real stick. Best part about the stick is that it is wireless. It's made for casual, friendly play. I got this when it came out for full price. It's not worth $150 but $80 for a stick, the game, and the Artbook is worth it IMO. Out of a lot of artbooks I've seen, this is one of the best ones.

I saw this hours ago, but didn't bother posting. It went for $60 during BF.

I heard the stick wasn't as great as the SF IV one. Tekken 6 would be around $33 or so from this deal, which isn't all that worth it for me.

stick is not worth the $45. I am going to have mine modded with better parts and a better restrictor plate.

it was an impulse buy during BF week for the lightning deal. having a wireless stick is very nice but man the stick sucks compared to my 2 SF sticks.

$60 price point is good. $80 is kinda iffy.
on a scale from 1 to 10 ( 10 being best) how good is the stick? lets say you sell tekken 6 for $40, is thw stick worth $45?
I wouldn't even recommend this stick to casuals. It's not the worst stick out there, but if I were to rate it on a scale of 1 - 10 for Hori sticks alone, I'd say 1. Maybe 2 because it's wireless.

I got the Tekken bundle for $60 during Black Friday. I'll agree there are much better sticks out there (and I'm a casual fighting fan), but at $60, I feel the stick and game (and art book) combined are worth it for me.

I don't know if I'd buy it for $80, but $60 was worth it for me.
If you do decide to buy this, dont forget bing cashback which is at 8% right now. Every little bit helps.
huh? amazon doesn't have bcb. lol

I bought this for 50 dollars and sold off the set in individual pieces for a total of 115 dollars. I tried the stick and it really feels cheap and has mushy buttons. I hate these clickity-click sticks. I wouldn't pay over 20 dollars for the stick by itself.
how does this compare to the street fighter joystick?
Very inferior.

I think this is not worth $80 IMO. I mean the game is great and all, but there are a lot of better sticks out there. On a scale of 10, I would rate the HORI stick a 3 or 4.

Don't forget about the game that comes with it. That's at least $30 off, making this controller around $50 for the game. How good is the controller at ~$50?

They don't, the SFIV sticks are in a completely different league.

The stick is actually pretty good, I don't know what most of you are talking about. My friend Chris V. who is a Street Fighter Round 3 Regional Champ used the stick for a tournament and says that its good for $50. Though he said he wouldn't recommend it over the SFIV TE. He recommends that hardcore players mod it with better parts, but for casual players this is fine.

Using it for one tournament isn't the same as using it for a long period of time. This bitch already broke on me just from just playing with friends. I'd only recommend it to somebody who doesn't know you can block in street fighter or juggle in tekken.

Also, what SF tourney was this anyway? There's plenty of them and if you're talking about the GS one, that one ended long ago, far before T6 came out. I doubt you are, but just asking.

I'm waiting on this to hit $30-$40.
I'm slightly interested in Tekken, I'd like to try out the stick...but I freakin' love artbooks.

It depends on how much you're into fighting games. If you're the type of person that can justify spending $120 to $150 on a stick then buy the MadCatz SFIV TE Stick.

IMHO, if you just want an easy to use fighting stick for your system that has 8 face buttons and wireless support this stick is your only current option. For 45 bucks, it's worth it to me as I use the sticks to play shmups like Raiden, Ikaruga, etc.

Ask yourself: How many fighting games you own and play? On a regular basis? Everyday? If everyday, consider dropping he controller in favor of a really nice stick and consider modding a high end unit. I'm sure you'll be very pleased.

Amazon takes bing?

Its not worth $50 if you ask me, more like $30.

But as some poster above me said, its worth it if you're just a casual gamer. But if you're a hardcore fighter, I wouldn't recommend this.

As I said in another post stores seem to be stuck with these Tekken 6 bundle. My Best Buy has 5 of these bundle for each system, so I see a better sale from amazon coming on these.

The stick's fine. It's great, even, provided that you don't spend every waking moment thinking about fighting games. I bought the bundle for $50 and was entirely satisfied. At $80, you might want to make sure that you like Tekken at least a little bit before buying.

I jumped on this yesterday when I saw it. I missed out on the DOTD and BF. I was trying to get it off ebay, but the price always went to around $80, so when this dropped, I jumped.

He used the stick for a different tourny, he used a SFTE for the SF GS tourny.

The joystick is fine, used it playing sf remix and it was fine. I'm glad I got it, but if you can get it for cheap- go that option. For me, wireless is 100% worth it.

I got it during Black Friday, but if I didn't, I would have gotten it at this price. The stick is fine. It is worth the price. Hori makes good arcade sticks for the price.

I might order another bundle so I'll have two wireless sticks.

i got this during the amazon lightning deals for like 59.99......at 79.99 it's still a good deal because the b&m's are still selling for 150,

The stick is okay, although it is not very stable, it lacks an usb cable or jack so you can use it without batteries (runs on 2 AA batteries), and the joystick does not center properly. You can get a Sanwa drop in replacement that would greatly improve that stick's performance. Other than that, it was a great deal when I got it a few weeks ago for Xbox 360. The artbook is really neat, there's some sketches, alternate costumes, random character facts, etc. The game is really fun too. It's not Blazblue/Street Fighter IV/Virtua Fighter V/MVC2, but it's really cool, and the scenario campaign is ridiculous. Nothing makes me happier than beating up bears with a lead pipe as a Chise knockoff with chainsaws.

I honestly don't know why there's so much bashing on this stick, I think alot of it is coming from what others have "heard" online/forums. I bought this during the Cyber Monday deal for the PS3, mainly because I wanted a wireless stick (if you have small kids, wireless is the way to go) and for the price and what you get..it's worth it. Plus it is alot smaller compared to the SFIV TE stick I have and to me, the smaller size is more comfortable for long time playing.

I'm a Mortal Kombat fan first, then Street Fighter than Tekken, but to be honest I like Tekken 6 more than I liked SFIV, each character's move list/combos far surpass SFIV in my opinion - which make for a more intriguing game for me. I've already logged over 300 fights with the stick since I got it last Wednesday and have not had a single issue with it, and I have compard it with my SFIV TE stick for the online gameplay and I can't tell a difference in the gameplay.

Most people don't realize that Sanwa parts are NOT the majority in most arcades in the US, Happ is. And how many times were you in an arcade playing MK, SF or Tekken and say to yourself, man these sticks suck? I guarantee almost 100% didn't even notice the controllers when you played them as a kid in the arcades - and that's what's in most of them still today.

If you're a hardcore fighting gamer or go to tournaments, then you can pick up a better stick for the long run like I did with the SFIV TE stick or you can get the HRAP3-SA, but for the casual fighting gamer - this stick is great for the price it's at. The stick definitely doesn't "suck" like people are claiming it to be, just because it's not a $100-$150 stick doesn't mean it does not have worth in the gaming community especially with the wireless advantage and smaller frame compared to the SFIV TE and HRAP sticks.

Amazon had this for $99.99 just yesterday I think, so it looks like it's on a steady decline...

Still doesn't beat the $17 I paid for it after ECA on the DotD a few weeks ago.
Was considering selling it, but will probably end up keeping it for the price I paid, especially if the value keeps dropping, but still might sell the art book.

Art book used to sell for 30 bucks when game came out initially. Now it sells for 2 bucks.

I bought total of 5 bundles all under 100 from amazon and fry's.
Sold each individual items seperately on ebay for double the price combined.
Now the market is too saturated to turn profit even if you can get it for 60 bucks.

the stick is actually pretty good and its really easy to set up and wireless and all that! i honestly cant play tekken without it!
