Basically I lost my job and I'm looking to sell my 360 for the time being. I plan on saving my hard drive, but if I sold the system, 2 controllers, charger chord, Oblivion, Hitman, GTA: IV, Forza 2, and COD4, how much should I ask for?

There's a local video game shop that sells/buys used games, but I'm looking to see how much its worth and if it'd be worth it to sell it to them.
 
You aren't going to get enough to actually help yourself out in any way that would make it worth selling. Just keep it and game less while you are on the job hunt.
 
What I mean is, I've been unemployed for months now and my bank account is basically dry. Even $100 is better than none.
 
You'd probably get the most on Craigslist or ebay and even then 360s are pretty cheap. Without a hard drive I don't think you'd get much more than $250. Maybe $300 if you are lucky. Check the prices on craigslist and set your accordingly.
