Xbox 360 Wireless Headset Charger

I lost the charger the other day. After looking around the internet for a solution, the general consensus is that a Bluetooth adapter available at dollar stores or phone accessory places works just fine. Has anyone tried this/ have any other solutions.

P.S: I'm not looking to call MS

I found a cheap USB one through E-Bay for like $3.00 shipped the only drawback was it took almost three weeks to arrive from overseas.
