At my Gamestop location in Portland, OR, they are doing a brand new Xbox One 1 TB with game for $299.99. Is this a good enough deal to jump on?

Well, I guess it's good enough for me. They told me $100 credit for any Xbox Slim and any PS3 slim regardless of the HD size.

So it's really $99.99 for me.

Is this at all stores?
