I'm not sure if this is a national thing or not, but at the Oceana NEX in Virginia Beach, VA they had a pile of them available at retail price.  No bundle or anything else needed and it is tax-free.  The only limitation was that it's one console per military ID card.

They also had plenty of PS3 Black Friday bundles and they still only charging $199.99 for them.  No PS4 available though.

Also Navy Exchanges price matches Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, Target. They also match gift card offers too. I'm guessing they can match bundles, never hurt to ask.
 
Oh yeah, there's also scratch discount tickets if you happened to get the Coast Guard Exchange fliers.  You can use the discount on this as well.  It starts at 5% off and works up to 25% I believe. 

Also, if you need gas, fill up your tank with at least $25 and you get $5 off $50 when you show your receipt with purchase through today (they're open till 9 or 10PM due ot the holidays).  I know it's not a lot, but combined with tax-free it makes for a pretty decent sale price if you're eligible for it.

NEX San Diego had them last night as well. Probably 15 Xbox Ones as of about 7:30 p.m.
