Your best (and only) bet is eBay, you won't find this in B&M stores unless you luck out at a pawn shop or something.
 
just try your luck at pawn shops.. just keep an eye out for it.. if you need it now.. then you are going to have to pay the ebay price.. i would just keep a look out at used game stores and pawn shops.. go to yard sales also a great place to find old ps1 games
