I have to select having it shipped first, then on the checkout screen it gives you the option to change to store pickup for $1 off. If you do store pick from the get go, the $1 off doesn't seem to generate for some reason.Did BB eliminate their $1 store pickup discount?
Yep, with the series going to PC, it has to match the PC MSRP which is $20 as well.Well the price is good for the game but it is being released for PC so maybe that's why they made it a PS Hit.
It's because it's an incentive to do store pickup. They don't do it if you're already getting it in store.I have to select having it shipped first, then on the checkout screen it gives you the option to change to store pickup for $1 off. Ah, realized that my regular store did not have in stock, so the discount didn't show up.It's because it's an incentive to do store pickup. They don't do it if you're already getting it in store.
The item also has to be in stock at that store for the option to show up.
Yakuza is popular in the West nowOverpaid on this one.
I feel like the Yakuza series was semi-niche before. I have owned the prior games since the PS2 but by Yakuza 5 it was completely under the radar for me (probably because it never got a physical release here AFAIK). When I saw this was out I actually thought it might go out of print, so I jumped early.
Now there's 0 being discounted, and Yakuza Kiwami, Yakuza 6, Kiwami 2 inbound - suddenly everywhere you look there's a Yakuza game.
Wondering why the change.
I'm 39 and I spend more time a week playing videogames now then at any other point of my life.Another cheap, interesting, critically acclaimed game that I will buy, store in my collection, and probably never play. 30 year old gamers in 2018/
Same here, having 3 kids helped me get back into it. That and finding CAG to get sweet deals.I'm 39 and I spend more time a week playing videogames now then at any other point of my life.
Only 36 here, but true for me as wellI'm 39 and I spend more time a week playing videogames now then at any other point of my life.
Whoops, did I imply that I don't play a lot video games? Because that's certainly not the case! I just have grown into so many hobbies and responsibilities. And my situation concurs with yours; being a gamer since potty training days, I have played more games in the past 5 years than I think I have the rest of the previous years combined. Hence, my laughable backlog of $16 games.I'm 39 and I spend more time a week playing videogames now then at any other point of my life.
Gotta prepare for next life.I wish I wasn’t interested in new games coming out. My backlog is so huge that I think that if I stopped buying games today I’d still have enough to last me the rest of my life. Literally.
