Today at my Best Buy they were having a massive markdown on last years games and such. I got Hulk: Ultimate Destruction and Matrix: The Path Of Neo for 9.99 and 7.99 respectively. They had at least 60+ games for all 3 consoles for similar prices.

I also saw The Warriors for 19.99, Trapt for 24.99, and the King Of The Fighters 2 disc version for 9.99.
Did they have to fill out a big yellow receipt at the register?
No, but a manager did have to come out to do price overrides on both of them. All of the games had yellow stickers with handwritten prices on them.

King of Fighters sounds great for $10. Thanks for the heads up, RaidenMGS3.

Best Buy clearance deals can be pretty much specific only to that store. One of my BBs has Beat Down, MS4/5, VJ:RHR, and several others for 50% off (Their sticker price, so MS4/5 is still $20, but Beat Down is $5, which would have been great had I not got it for $10 a while back.) while the other has no such deal. Heck, a third BB had a completely DIFFERENT set of deals, so if a manager is doing price overrides for handwritten prices, this is most likely specific only to that store. Still, for a shot at Hulk:UD for $10, I'll check mine out.

EDIT: Wait a minute, at the start of my local BB's 50% clearance rack, they HAD Hulk:UD for 50% of its sticker price... $20-25 ish... They went pretty fast... Saves me a trip at least.

A little side note to this thread.... Path of Neo SUCKS. Holy cow, even at 8 bucks I feel ripped off. Enter The Matrix has better controls than this game...

I'd be interested in trading for Hulk: UD, Path of Neo and Trapt for the PS2! CML if you feel like making another trip to BB please!

You are crazy ! You just don't know how to use them. Enter the Matrix doesn't have a third of the moves you find in the Path of Neo. I beat The Path of Neo and I still haven't unlocked all the moves. Don't let people's sorry opinion's sway you. I am getting extra copies. Great Game! Especially if you are a fan.

OP, if your BB still has Hulk and Matrix on Xbox in stock check my tradelist and see if there's anything you're interested in. I'll do multiple items, depending on what they are. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
Unlikely to see it, but I haven't been in Best Buy in almost a month, so I might as well check things out.
Don't bother, yellow tags and managers overriding means that the store probably had an excess amount, and it was a store manager's decision to clearance those games out, and no one will ever find this exact same deal at any of their local BB's.

But one day my store will have to have some sort of deal like this... maybe.

Hey, I'm hoping the same thing.

Or maybe one day one of my Wal-Mart's will have one of those crazy sales they have where everything is 50% off including brand new games.

Oh man, I'll have to stop by BB tomorrow and see if I can pick up Hulk and The Matrix for Xbox.

I want The Warriors too, but I have a hunch I'll get a better price eventually.
