I just got back from my Target in West Allis, WI (the one on Cleveland and Highway 100) and they were selling Nintendo Wiis for $129.99. It's the new black model that doesn't have Gamecube support and comes packed in with New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
Around 3 pm, they had about 3 left behind glass in electronics, and about 10 left just stacked up in front of the men's clothing section.
