When noobs start stupid threads because their balls are being pinched by their boxers.

I remember seeing a skit on MAD TV several years ago where a guy comes out on stage and starts yelling "YOU KNOW WHAT I HATE?" and then he goes on for a few minutes or so ranting about what he hates. I don't remember much of what was said in that skit, but it was funny as hell.

Perhaps a reference to said skit?
 
Here's one from Calvin & Hobbes:

I knew it was a stupid post. I thought someone would take it lightly. I was just curious to see what kind of responses I would get.

Are you sure that wasn't 60 Minutes/Andy Rooney?

I'm sure I saw it on MAD TV, but I wouldn't be surprised if that inspired the skit.

this reminds me of the segment on Conan Obrien when that Frankenstien dood gets the camera to follow him way far off to some random location in the building and then he shows the camera something really stupid like a cigarette butt on the ground.

..that monster makes me laugh everytime..
