$50 for the lot:

Atari lynx handheld game system, first style, not the 2nd version.

Works great with batteries, but the jack has a little problem with connectivity via ac adaptor. No major surface blemishes.

Plus 9 games:

warbirds
slime world
dracula
electrocop
ms pacman
hard drivin'
steel talons
blue lightning
awesome golf

Should have manuals for the games too.

I'm thinking it's a so-so deal and I'm leaning towards either passing or counter-offering. Plus it looks like the thing really can't be used with the AC jack which is a major black mark in my book, and no 'major' blemishes, hmmm...

That AC jack problem would kill it for me. I would really like to have a Lynx myself, but having to find fresh batteries all the time would be a pain in the ass.

Plus it doesn't come with that Dirty Larry game.

I think you can probably get a better quality lynx, just gotta be more patient. so your passing or counteroffering is a good choice.

Well, some of those are pretty good games. If the AC adapter worked, that would be great. But as is, I'd say it depends on how much you want it.

I sold mine for like $50 a few years ago. I think mine only came with 5 or 6 games, screen visor and case....and adaptor worked.

as far as the deal goes, i would agree, the ac problem would kill me. I own 2 of the model 2 lynxs and i personally love the lynx, mine has never ran off batteries though, i've always used the AC. Some of those games are the harder ones to find, i bought an atari game lot on ebay a couple years ago, like 12 new games for 11 bucks.

Thanks for the replies :)

I think the only semi-valuable games of the lot are Warbirds and maybe Dracula.

It would be a major pain in the ass to keep feeding the thing batteries. Dang.

I might just lowball the guy with a $25 offer. But I'll think on it a little longer. He'll either get insulted, accept it, or come back with something in the middle. Either of those is fine with me.

I have a Lynx with like 25 games or so imlooking to unload. Its the first model, with case, ac, lynx combat cable....pm me
