i've been on a crazy ipod touch gaming binge and i'm curious about what everybody thinks is worth owning. i'm relatively new to the ipod gaming scene, so i'm sure there's a ridiculous amount of great games just waiting for me. even though this is CAG, price is a non-issue to me. i just want to talk quality gaming. if you think a game is amazing, but that it might be a bit overpriced at 4.99 in comparison to the other apps, still list it. it's not about the price.

my personal top ten at the moment in no particular order is as follows

Zen Bound
Doom Resurrection
Star Defense
Space Ace
Knights Onrush
7Cities
geoDefense
Wolfenstein 3-D
Touchgrind
Metal Gear Solid Touch

you don't even have to do a top ten format, just toss out whatever you think is worth owning and playing. thanks
 
i've heard a lot about both of those. flight control i sort of dismissed after seeing images (classic "...book by its cover" moment). but it's been a top app for a while, it's often mentioned in the lists of great iphone apps, and it was also listed as one of apple's 30 favorite iphone games of all time. i'll give it a chance sometime down the road. and is drop7 the puzzle math game? that actually looked great, unless i'm thinking of something else.
 
Concerning flight control, you can't really go wrong with 99 cents. Yeah drop7 is the puzzle game. I just got the lite version of it but I probably played it around 5 hours. I can't imagine how good the full game is.
