****** Microsoft Word

CAGiversary!
Don't know why this happens, but randomly when I type my report on MS Word, it overwrites a previous word if I go back to type in something between. For example: If I wrote the "money" and "good" and I want type something in between, it won't add the text and push "good" down, but it will write over it. What's the deal?

Hit the inset key while in Ms Word, you accidently hit this key when you ment to hit backspace which put it in overwrite mode, hitting it again will fix this, this happens to me all the time and its really anoying.

uhm... yeah...the "INS" or "INSERT" button on your keyboard sets your cursor to "insert" or "overwrite" mode..

It's not just MS Word that does it...anywhere there's a text prompt, that will happen.

best of luck in everything else you do...
Damn, I figured this was going to be an Anti-Clipy Post, but I was wrong...
And I thought it might be about the increasingly embarrassing situation at CBS News.

WRONG. He needs a faster processor. he is typing too fast.
no, the problem is that he ran out of space for all the letters he was typing, so Word decided it would have to replace all the old ones with the new ones.
