Have I been burned?

I agreed to a trade with pimp tyranny over a month ago. The trade was Shining Force 3 and Dragon Force for Steel Battalion and Battalion Wars. I sent out right away and he left me some positive feedback on Feb 5th, but I still haven't gotten my games. He's stopped responding to PMs and I've waited paitently for so long because he has 58 feedback. I'm shocked, honestly. What should I do?!

Talk to Shrike

Someone else recently gave him negative feedback for the same reason. He hasn't posted since February 12 though, so maybe something happened and/or he decided to start screwing people over, I don't know.

Maybe his PM box is full?

Have you reposted in his tradelist thread?

Prior to today, his profile said he hadn't been on since Feb 19th. I checked a few minutes ago and he was on today but didn't post anywhere. I did post in his thread awhile ago, and I'm pretty sure my last PM got through.

I also noticed it says not to trade with him under his avatar, so Shrike might be involved with the other trade he didn't complete.

I think you should definitely PM Shrike if you haven't already.

ouch...dragon force is super rare too hope this deal goes through for you...

Could be something to do with it, but the trade was agreed upon in late January.

Something must be wrong, pimp tyrrany's been around forever. And 52 good trades since the feedback system was reinvented has been good except for the most recent one.

Ouch dude.. I really hope things work out for the best between you two.

Hopefully its just a misunderstanding, but i'm sure Shrike can help / will resolve things.

Wow I'm way overdue for two controllers I sent cash for.
Member is SonicSeoul49. I've pm'd numerous times and the last time he responded that something happened at the post office and he would ship priority (over 2 weeks ago)...he hasn't signed on since 2/17...

how come i didn't see this before? bumping this thread for my neutral rating to pimp tyranny.

IT would seem this guy is trustworthy. And he is, don't get me wrong about that. But for some reason he just seems to disappear off the face of the earth from time to time.

I traded my phoenix wright for his Fatal Frame II. I was a CAG newbie back then, so I sent first. I let hime know when I sent out and to let me know when he received my package. Even after I saw that my DC# said it was delivered, he very seldom responded back to my PM's.

I started getting worried and got the mods involved. after 4 weeks I was pretty frustrated that he wasn't responding to my pm's or emails. I left him negative feedback and I resorted to snail mail. I had a typed out letter sent priority with dc# to his address explaining my aggravation of this deal with no communication and not having receieved my game yet. I would ensue on charging him with mail fraud if he didn't respond back.

Luckily, the next day, I get my game. in the package was an apology letter saying that the game was sent back to him because his writing was ineligible to read. ok, I can understand that, but for not having communicated with me, I had his negative feedback removed and gave him a neutral for a lack of communication.

and that's my story. He still has yet to give me feedback on this deal, yet I don't blame him for not giving me any.

That is crazy, since he's been around here so long. Hopefully it gets resolved. Good luck OP.
