It has a fresh vista loaded on it but no discs so will need to load your own OS ....
This thing is new,I have not even turned it on myself as I do not have a cable for my lcd monitor and I have my laptop so lmk.
Might trade for a nice 360 bundle,must have a wireless antenna .
