They're CC. However, they do have some offers such as True.com which are free trials

Because you're signing up using a referral link, the commission made from you doing the offer goes straight to the referrer - $40 worth. They then cut you $21 and profit off the remaining.

It's limited offers b/c these ones pay the most commission. The site cannot give $40 to your referrer if the commission paid to them is only like $20. For example, I think the Video Prof offer pays around $40 per person who does that. If you signup unreferred you're open to hundreds of offers.

True.com is a popular 7-day free trial, but I believe it requires a cc too.
