This is the game I wanted Bushido Blade to be and if you were disappointed by the stiffness / slow pace and unrealistic feel of that back in the day then you should check this game out.

The fight pacing looks perfect as well as the one hit kill back slashes if you manage to turn your opponent that way. Parry and sword interlocking system also look amazing (actual leverage). There's a rumour that ths will make US release next year after it comes out in September in Japan.

This game is a Bushido Blade remake with light rpg character development elements, better graphics and way less fun. Much rather play Bushido Blade and I give this game a big....MEH!

I just rented it through gamerang and I must say it sucks a large amount of ass. I don't know why I keep renting this garbage, after Bullet Witch I should have learned that sometimes those 2-3 out of 10 reviews were on to something. Stay away, it sucks. A lot.
