I saw Target has it for $29.99 as well. I think it's a universal drop, but CC is the best bet.

MSRP $30 everywhere now. But i do wanted it for $17 at CC

It was dropped to $17 at CC over a month ago. It's a slim chance you'll find it at this point. There is a chance though that some store will clearance below what appears to be the new MSRP in the not too distant future, but it is probably out of print now.
