Any shoes similar to the "Nike Glide"?

Saw someone wearing these and they really grabbed my attention. I really liked the idea of the shoe. Looks like a proper tennis shoe (sneaker, whatever you want to call it), but has the comfort and ease of a loafer. Just wondering if there were any other shoes similar to this.

I've seen many like this:

but those are a bit too casual for me, and don't feel as sturdy or as supportive as the glide.

Just wondering if you guys know of any other shoes that are similar to the glide. I like the shoe very much, but I would prefer more variety in the design if possible.

Thank you. Exactly the type of shoe I'm looking for. Unfortunately, don't like the look of either of those shoes so far. Wish there was a bigger selection for this type of shoe.

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, that's not really what I was looking for. I like the shape and comfort of those shoes, but the Nike shoes I linked to looked more like tennis shoes than those. I would prefer something that looks along the lines of the adidas, puma, nike running shoe, but with the shape and comfort of thse Vans shoes. Not sure if that makes sense. Anyway, thanks for the link.
