i noticed a sign at my blockbuster that says a minimum of 13$ credit for all Wii, 360 and PS3 games traded in. and i also saw copies of Eragon for 360 for 9.99. anyone any more specific details? is there an exclusion list?

i have heard that some folks have had trouble trading in games without a UPC on the back of the case (like ones marked Not For Resale, packed in with the system).

Blockbuster also wouldn't take in the Burger King games when we tried to get that $13 minimum, haha

a friend of mine picked up a bunch of eragon copies at eb and traded them in at bbv for 24 each. worked like a charm

I did the same thing. You can only trade in one at a time unless its at different stores though

If you trade them in at different stores, do they put it on one account or do you end up having store credit at a bunch of different stores?

^^^ YMMV. I know the DM of culver city did, but the west los angeles area DM didnt. I havent traded anything since 2005 so that may be out of date.

You may need an account at each separate store you want to trade in at, or have them phone to 'transfer' your account from the initial one to the one you're at...

But you can get around the store credit thing easily enough - just ask for the credit to be put on a gift card. Then you can use it at any BBV in Canada. Works great for me!

Good luck.
