If I understand him right, he wants to get referrals for his yourfree360games.com, and in return he will complete a site for you.


He says you have to have a CC because the offers require a credit card. And he is basically telling you that you can cancel the offer and not be charged.

Well that's my little theory... ;)
 
Bro, not even trying to start ANYTHING.. but man cmon.. I've seen you trying to trade your 80/ref site for a normal 1 credit site.. That's just messed up.
