Should IOW become a phrase for In Other Words? or at least on CAG?

It sounds like the best acronym since "Helping Children Through Research And Development."

If this does become an accepted acronym down the road, are you gonna piss and moan and demand an apology for this as well?

To answer your question, IDC.

What does it mean?

IOW I/O Write
IOW In Other Words
IOW Integrated Optical Waveguide
IOW Intelligence Operations Workstation (USMC)
IOW International Office for Water
IOW Isle Of Wight

I vote no, if only because we all know how frequently we talk about the International Office for Water on these boards. We don't need to go about confusing the newbies, do we?
