I sort of felt bad for this guy and didn't want to take advantage of his offer just because Realtors tend to have to work long hours to make a living.
 
I just can't do it. Can just picture the guy telling his wife and kids they can't eat this month cause he has to buy 40 thousand pocket knives.

I can see why - realtors generally live just above the poverty line. They buy those Acuras with food stamps.

(I didn't sign up either - felt like I would be scamming the guy.)
