The live wrap up thing sounds alright. Perhaps I wouldn't be as nervious when Cheapy puts me on the air. Also please have CheapyD solo live show next Wednesday as practice.
Yes, that story about the plates from college was on the last show as well.
and man, that was SOME STORY! Totally worth repeating!

He's moving to Yokosuka, near a military base... Wonder what kind of customers he'll get.

Well, congrats on 100 episodes! I can't believe it's been that many and I've listened to them all since the beginning. It seem like every freakin' gaming site has come out with a podcast since then, but this one remains my personal favorite. Lookin forward to the next 100!

Look at Wombat being all smug about getting his Mass Effect achivements he got while playing on easy. You can not hide from your Xbox live info Wombat.
and man, that was SOME STORY! Totally worth repeating!
at least I didn't tell the same story twice in the SAME EPISODE!

and at Thor I play on Casual not Easy
at least I didn't tell the same story twice in the SAME EPISODE!

Are you being a smartass or nor? You know I only kid because I care and Mass Effect isn't Ghosts 'n Goblins difficult. I'm just saying you might want to try normal is all before running to Casual. You can change the difficulty mid-game btw ;)

That kid who was smoking pot just wanted live like a rockstar with his plastic guitar. Now his dad stole his dream and christmas too. Yo Wombat, I'll gladly pay you tuesday for the lighter guns today. If you guys really want something signed by Gary Coleman you could send him a few bucks and what ever the fock you want signed and I'm sure he'll sign it.

The same story threw me off...as Wombat was telling it, I checked my itunes to make sure it wasn't the last episode.

Congrats on the first 100, and here's to the next 100.

I don't remember the "plates" story...but then I did duck out for 15 minutes during the live show.

so it's new to me!

Since nobody has mentioned it yet, you can download Beats through your PS3. What you need to do is:

1) Go to the PC PSN store via your computer
2) Log into your PSN account that you use on your PS3 on there
3) Buy the game, but don't download it
4) Log onto your PS3 and goto PSN and select 'Download List' and download it from there
5) Plug in PSP to your PS3 and turn on USB Connection on your PSP
6) Go install the game from your PS3 as you would with any other PSN game

Of course I didn't figure this out, but it's easier for me to write it out than look through the web to look for a link on how to do it as a source.

Awesome episode, guys. (Made even more awesome by the fact that I won a prize!)

Best of luck with your move this weekend, Wombat. I'm in the northeast, too, and that buttload of snow we're getting is going to be rather unpleasant. You've got movers, so you should be all set!

It looks like I jumped on the CAGcast bandwagon just in time. Congratulations on 100 episodes! I thought it was spectacular. I mean, where else can I hear discussions on videos games and clogged toilets?

On the topic of live shows, I had no clue about the amount of work that went into the editing. Yeesh! The wrap-up show is a great idea. Maybe it could be like a informal, laid back week in review.

Great job!

havent listened yet but cheapy and wombat hour and a half thats it for a 100th episode idk i hope its of great quality oh and wombat do u even have a license?

while listening to the show I donated ten bucks to the childs play charity, and I'll head over to that gamestop in a bit and take some pictures assuming they don't kick me out for doing so.

Who keeps banging their desk and making those annoying thumping sounds through their mic.

That really started to fuck me off whilst listening to this ep, it's the worst it's been for a while, it's been noticeable before but this ep was especially bad.
Holy crap, that's a lot more over the top than I was imagining.
It is pretty good, I think the thing I was most surprised about was how clean it was. I'm sure this won't be the case a month from now, but, for the moment I don't feel like I'm walking into a dirty porno store. Before the renovation it was really, really, dark.

The other thing I didn't mention is that it is attached to a Barnes and Noble, which is kind of disappointing.
Ahhww, your baby is so cute!!! But whos the one on the left wearing the bib?
Haha, oh man that was a good one. Hella got me at work.

Congrats guys on The Great One plus 1. Hopefully the next Hundy of Cagcasts will have more Live Shows. The Live Cagcast wrap up show sounds pretty cool.

Wow I can't believe you guys are already on your 100th episode. It doesn't even feel like its been that long. Congrats, oh and cheapy next week you should try a new guest co-host maybe bring in jimmie or shipwreck, try something different for a change.

Oh and wombat your "dishes" story wasn't that great the first time and repeating it just made it worse.
Oh and wombat your "dishes" story wasn't that great the first time and repeating it just made it worse.
It wasn't the best story told by Wombat, but it was kinda funny hearing Wombat happily telling the Dish Story totally unaware that it was told before, and then Cheapy shut him down saying "I heard this story before."

I take it back.

Check out "THE BEST STORY IN THE WORLD" told by Wombat at the 10:15 mark.

Whoa whoa whoa!, Señor Cheapy, I don't think that I ever asked the question that you said I asked on this CAGcast. Regardless, great show Cheapy and Wombat

Is it me (somehow fastforwarded all 3 of them), or was there no Navy 30 sec ads?

What happened to the arbiter?

The Arbiter has left us for now to tell his tale to the covenant.

And i personally don't see the point of a live show as a "wrap-up" show. I mean if the main show is 1.5 hrs usually, how long will the live show be, 30 min? I assume you would just repeat some of the main points and key news stories from the cagcast, but wouldn't that ruin what makes the cagcast so "fun?"

We mostly wouldn't hear about wombat's dishes or cheapy's random crap(literally) stories. It would just be stuff like Gerstmann and all that. Idk, its an okay idea, but i don't think it would be worth the effort personally to make 2 shows a week. Making a "wrap-up" show of a 1.5 hour show would just end up taking out the fun factor of the main cagcast.

and how dare i not win the ps2 giveaway. i guess it just wasn't meant to be, ill never have a ps2.

Weird. Did you still hear me giving the navy ad at the start of the show?

I don't like the live shows because they don't seem to flow or work aswell as the normal recorded shows.

If you want some fake live stuff how about just do a CAGBAG seperate show, but instead of taking questions from the thread, get people to phone in and leave their question on voicemail.

That way you can pick the decent questions and the people who can actually string a few words together and make sense at the same time.

It would give the extra interaction with your listeners through their own voices but also give you the control over what will be spoken about to make it more interesting to your wider audience.

If you as the hosts want the extra excitement of the unknown maybe get shipwreck or one of the other mods to choose which questions you will get to take, as you said that was one of the reasons why you as hosts enjoy the live shows.

Congrats on 100th episode Cheapy and Wombat!!
Im not much of a active at here forums, but i listen to every episode,Good job!
