I am starting some optimizing this weekend of the sites search index. So if you are not getting the results you want in a search don't worry about it. In a couple days the job will be complete and search will be good again and faster. The entire site should be faster. I have already tweaked a few things and things appear to be good so far.

Please also report any new or recent errors here. I locked the other topic since I think we worked past most of those old problems. I know some of the errors you have been getting were due to my work which is near completion. Feel free to report new errors but keep in mind that until I am 100% done new errors are due to recent work.

Thanks, that's good to know. Maybe you could help me, I'm having a lot of difficulty uploading an avatar even though it is the right specs (i.e. .gif/.jpeg file and the right requirements.) I've also been having some trouble loading avatars on any thread.

Same as what Final Starman said, get that DEBUG MODE message when searching keywords and viewing my posts. Thanks for makin' CAG a better place defender.
 
I can't repeat your errors. Also where is the link for "View My Posts"?

Also anyone with errors can you repeat the error? Even if you open and close your browser?
 
On the top-left corner of this page, click the green CheapAssGamer.com, then there is a light box at the top of the page that states the time and hs some advertisements. It also states post since you left (or something like that) and view my posts. Click that one.
 
Can you try an alternate browser...clearing your cookies, logging out and back in?

Also is the error every time? and what template are you?
 
I get another error relating to viewing my own posts. Click my own profile in a post, then "View Your Posts", and the search takes me to one old thread that I posted in. Takes a while to load that up, too.
 
I noticed the problem tonight when I tried to search for blockbuster and free trial. My searches failed and gave me error with a long list of numbers.

I tried this. Logged out, deleted my temporary cookies, logged back in, and still it was like this.

Ditto. Every time. I was orange template, switched to green template, same problem. Logged out, deleted the CAG cookie, logged back in, and it's still doing it.

Only thing I didn't do is switch browsers. I use Internet Explorer (and yes, it's updated) and I'm not downloading another browser just to check that.
