I don't remember the exact months things were bought in, so this is just a straight up list of purchases for the year by system.

Wii
- Dragon Quest Swords - $49.99
- Worms: A space oddity - $49.99

Wii - VC
- Breath of Fire II - 8 wii points (~$8)
- Super Mario RPG - 8 wii points (~$8)
- Secret of Mana - 8 wii points (~$8)

Playstation
- Final Fantasy Origins - $6
- Final Fantasy Anthology (new/sealed) - $11
- Lunar Silver Star Story (complete) -$45
- Lunar Silver Star Story (game/case) - $32 (for a friend for Xmas...shh!)
- Lunar 2: Eternal Blue (complete) - $30

Playstation 2
- Dragon Warrior 8 - $9.99

SNES
- Lufia 2 - $35

GBA
- Final Fantasy 1 & 2 : Dawn of Souls - $17.99
- Final Fantasy V (new/sealed) - $29.99 (found this for cheaper a few weeks later, but at the time I was having a girly "I want this now" moment and bought it in the store.

Guides
- Dragon Warrior 8 - $6.50
- Final Fantasy Origins - $7.50
- Devil May Cry 3 - $7.50

Total $ spent
$362.45

I didn't do much in the way of thrift shopping this year. Most of these were purchased directly from people, or from used book/game stores, or ebay (except the 3 full price games I bought). However at least 2/3 of this was purchased from funds I gained by selling off other games I no longer wanted.

Currently Playing:

:gba: Final Fantasy 1&2: Dawn of Souls

Hmm, this seems like a good idea to see what my video gaming habit costs. Tagged for when I get home!

I keep a googledoc to track my purchase dates, prices, coupons used etc.

So far, in 2008, I've got 18 games for a total of 273.52 as well as a xbox 360 20gb in july for 299 and a wii this month.

It's a pretty basic template, but steal it if you like:
