Hey guys...well with the utter success of the past 5 contests, I have decided to branch my weekly contests into a nice, self-contained website. You can find this address here:

http://www.prizepiggy.com/

It doesn't get much easier than that is it? Keep in mind the website just went live yesterday and while it is 100% operational, there is still more content on the way. I plan to add more sections and more links on the pages, but for now this is all you need to enter. The prizes are up and running as well, though I will be adding more in the upcoming weeks. Feel free to enter, but please only enter once to be fair to everyone. I hope you like the site :) I put about 40 hours into putting this together (sad but true) and will be ironing out all the wrinkles soon.

If you try visiting the site and its down, just let me know...I just got the host up today so it may still be buggy. Good luck to everyone ^_^ Thanks again! The Prize Pig finally gets his change to shine hehe.

Thank you exceed! I was originally going to do prizepig.com or theprizepig.com but both were taken (though not really used very well in my opinion hehe). So prizepiggy.com it is ^_^ I plan to work on it and make it more refined, but you guys are free to enter it now =) Be sure to bookmark it too hehe. Thanks!

I accidentally entered twice, but once only half the form was filled out (Was tabbing/entering to fill it out.. hit enter twice...)

Actually, Canadians and other countries CAN enter (I haven't gotten around to typing up the full rules for the site yet and I do apologize for that), but it's more of an issue of shipping at this point :) If you're willing to throw in a dollar or two for shipping I'll be more than happy to include Canadians too ^_^
 
By the way (I won't mention names), I'm sad to say that I've already have a few people trying to cheat the system...by entering multiple times. Some have even gone as far to enter seperately with each prize entered individually...for shame!

I will let it slide this time and will still put you in the drawing, but I will chose at random which prize to enter you for. Cheating won't be tolerated by the prize pig in the future though so please take note of this. He's happy to give away prizes, but only to those who play by the rules ^_^ Please don't cheat the system, as it's something I'm trying to do to be nice to the community I so love.
 
Ya, that's a good question. I think I may be one of them who 'cheated'. I thought you could enter each contest once. Like once for this game, once for the ten bucks, once for the other game. If you're able to do that, them I'm good, if not, my bad for 'cheating', I thought when you said only enter once, you meant for each contest. My fault.

No problem :) I know you didn't intentionally cheat. It's my mistake for not laying the rules out better and for that I do apologize. It's simply a drawing per week with one winner per week (or more sometimes on special occasions). I will be typing up the rules in FULL this week, but I wanted to get it up faster so I could get a drawing up.

My apologies for not laying out the rules better ^_^ A lot of people have been playing on the forum boards the last few weeks so they already knew what I was up to :) I'd never accuse you of cheating though outright. Which prize is it that you wanted to enter for the most?

Thanks everyone :) I appreciate all the feedback and responses I've been getting. The more people that enter and get involved the better and better I can make the site (and prizes too). It's a lot of fun for me as well ^_^ Doing it this way will allow me more time to work on my projects instead of manually listing them all on paper (though I'll still be cutting them out and putting them in the piggy). By next week I should have more content on the site as well.
 
I agree with everybody else. I love the website. The layout is simple but still cosmetically pretty :).

Do you think you can add a link on the website to whatever the Goombucks are for? I mean, I know on the site it says "Good in my eBay Store, Etsy Store and others" but having links to those places might sway me to enter in for it.
 
I've updated the site to include a "RULES" Section. Please check this before entering as a lot of people are confused about the terms of the contests. In a nutshell you can enter if you're not in the US, but I ask you to cover shipping to your foreign country, you can enter only once per week and for one prize only, and I won't sell your address and such. If you want more details feel free to read the new Rules section. More sections coming soon.

PS: About 15 of the auctions just ended at 10 PM. Generally speaking they end around 10:00 PM on Sundays and the store items are added throughout the week. They have been selling really fast lately (which is a great thing). Thanks!

Rhippo, thanks so much :) Actually Kick it Back is seriously cool and you can earn a lot on it if you buy a lot on eBay. If you recommend friends they give you .5% of everything they buy through it which is really neat. Good luck to you ^_^ The Prize Pig thanks you!

Canadians CAN enter (full rules here: http://www.prizepiggy.com/rules ), it's just I ask that they cover the shipping. I opened it up to all countries but only the US includes free shipping as well. For other countries I just ask them to pay actual shipping (usually $3-$4) if they win. The rules page is up now and will be updated more in detail as I go along :) Thanks!

Thank you :) Yes ease of use and speed were my two goals with this website. It's still very much in development (you can tell by how plain that black text on white background confirmation page is) but I'm getting there slowly but surely. I am simultaneously designing from the ground up around 5 or 6 websites at the moment, so it's keeping me ultra busy, but I think good things will come from these projects. I'll keep you guys posted!
 
Pretty nice looking site goomba! Nothing interest me this week except for Goombucks, which could come in handy in the future.
