Entered! Hope I win, I have heard much about this game, and if people have paid 80 dollars just for it, it must be good, especially for free!

EDIT: When are the winners being selected, and when does the game come out?

You can use up to 3 controllers as vibrators. (No joke. The "trance" function lives on in the XBLA one, allowing you to use 3 controllers as vibrators while you play with the fourth.)

this site works really poorly in safari, i was still able to sign up... but it took a little creative guessing as to what the text was
 
Thanks, OP. Upon entering, I realized that I don't own any of the games listed by this developer. Is "Every Extend Extra" worth my time and MS points?

I've had this game on PS2 since it launched but to be honest I haven't played it in a couple years (I did finish it though). I look forward to playing this in HD graphics and will probably pick it up on the XBLA if I don't win it for free.
