I saw a bunch of copies recently when GS had the 25% coupon for GC and GBA games. I know a lot of Mario games are rare, and I was going to get one to flip, but I don't have a GC or Wii to test out with, anymore. Is this normal?

No, not that really. It is a little valuable (costs a lot), but definitely not rare! You can pretty much find it anywhere, only you gotta pay the right price (just like Final Fantasy 7)
