Incomplete Trades gone wrong/Completed Trades with Circumstances...
*06/08/2017 UPDATE* hloghost - Backed out of a trade after deal confirmed and paid for.
I'm starting up a master list for bad traders. This is an experiment to see how well this works.
This is mainly for CAG trades that never officially complete. That is, trades that do not warrant feedback.
One example would be CAG X and CAG Y agreeing on a trade then exchanging addresses with CAG Y agreeing to send first.
A week goes by with no package and CAG X asks what the status was. CAG Y replies saying he decided that the trade wasn't going to happen but didn't inform CAG X about it.
Other scenarios are sure to arise. Next to the offending CAG will be an explanation of what issue occurred.
I'm sure veteran CAGs know exactly what I mean. This is the place where those CAGs will be listed for other trader's reference.
This thread will remained closed for now - it's not the place to complain about traders. If you want someone added to the list, PM me with details and I will investigate.
Do keep in mind that each entry here is one offense. It doesn't necessarily mean the CAG is a horrible trader - it just means there is the potential for another issue.

Ice2Dragon - Rude & Vulgar language in response to a trade request.
ilovedietcoke - Backed out of a trade after deal confirmed and agreed ship date has passed. Made up an excuse shown to be false.
k_dog - Never shipped his end of the deal.
kaelinronkus - Backed out of a trade after deal confirmed and agreed ship date has passed. Decided to keep the game instead of trade it.
Luckyman - backed out of his end of a deal with another CAG, never followed up on PM's.
KR3W - Backed out of a trade and never told other party.

Nathansu - Had shipment issue that required filing of Paypal dispute to get game shipped out, took a month to ship out the game. Never communicated with the other party.

oNeWiNgEdAnGeL - Never mailed out his end of the deal after being paid, and only refunded the money after Paypal dispute and being threatened.
PenDynasty - Backed out of a trade with a silly reason.

perdition(troy - Appeared never to have shipped on his end of a 2-for-2 guide trade with shrike4242. Claimed he shipped out, never produced a DC # when asked multiple times for it, though claimed shipping issues in the past with other CAGs delaying shipment for multiple weeks. Not a reliable CAG for trades.
Phaze_TheInsanity - stole money from ticalmc2k2 via PSN, never resolved the issue. Permabanned.
pokemon_friends - worked out a purchase from Reb8rn and never paid for the item. Claimed all types of excuses and never paid for the item.
rozebomb - Backed out of a trade and never told other party.
RPGGuy101 - never fulfilled his ends of trades with other CAGs, has gone MIA.
starmask2k3 - Backed out of a trade and never told other party.

cgtx24 - another CAG said it took weeks to get cgtx24 to send out their item. Eventually was resolved after numerous PM's and emails.
Danito - States item has been shipped, game never comes, after nagging for weeks game arrives. Postmark on game shows it mailed recently, not when stated.

dabamus - Takes sweet time shipping his end of the deal. Several complaints from several CAGs claiming the same thing - timeline being months+.
hockeyfun - won game from lowball, which he already owned a defective copy of. Claimed the copy he received from seller was defective, and shipped back the defective copy, keeping the good copy for himself.
