Yes prize rebel now has australia but my account got dissabled

YAY prize rebel now has Australia. The only problem is I didn't even do 1 offer and my account got disabled. The reason why I think is because etheir my ISP gives us a dynamic (it changes) ip address or because the first offer I did I used my spam email account not the one I signed up with.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I think my ip address is dynamic but it doesn't change when I turn on and off the modem. I have a different IP address after about a few days.
