No purchase necessary. This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents within the continental United States, over 18 years of age at time of entry. A minor selected as a winner will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. Employees of Stoner Inc., and its respective affiliates, contractors working on the product, project or promotion, advertising and promotional activities and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. The laws of the United States govern this sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All prizes will be awarded. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. One entry per household please. RULE 4. DRAWING
The Grand Prize winner will be selected by a random drawing to be held on or about March 31. The Weekly Prize will be awarded by random selection each week, only from among first time entrants, and the prize is subject to change each week. Daily Prizes are awarded by random selection based on odds which can be viewed at www.moreshine.com/instantwinnerodds.htm, and prizes and odds are subject to change daily. Winners will be notified by mail, email, and/or by phone. Return of any prize/ prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
RULE 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

(which includes its affiliates and each of their agents, officers, employees, licensees and all parties associated with this sweepstakes) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable for any reason. Stoner Inc. is not responsible for lost, destroyed, delayed, incomplete, postage due, illegible or misdirected materials. Stoner Inc. may rescind the sweepstakes without liability in the event of printing or production errors. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Stoner Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or use of any prize won. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Stoner Inc., which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Stoner Inc. reserves the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes.
