For anyone else here in the fantastical city of Columbia, SC, I just got the Manifest weekly e-mail with a link to a coupon for GTA IV for $44.99(PS3&XB360). Limit 1, good through 5/4. Also remember you can trade CD's, DVD's and games in to knock the price down even more. Best deal I have seen without buying a console as well.
