YMMV on this one... I picked up Surfs Up for Xbox 360 today at the Kmart in Lebanon, TN. Sticker shows $49.99 but it rang up as $9.97. Woohoo! They had a few left. Not sure if this is a system-wide thing or a store specific thing.
