She hasn't aged well.

The big problem was Disney was trying to push her as the more 'serious' Hilarry Duff, which the bitch wasn't.

I never watched the show, I prefered Rocket Power.

I remember that kid on the show "Beans" who apparently loved Bacon.

I'm glad to see Karen Allen is in this. She looks hot for how old she must be.

That's the only reason I'm going to give this a shot. Everything else about the movie just reeks of cookie-cutter modern cinema. Shia Labouf being the #1 reason. Short Round should have returned instead of that fucking show pony.

Funny enough, a couple years ago when 'Even Stevens' was big on the Disney Channel, me and my friends always thought that the chick Ren would go big, not Shia.

Only reason Shia has gone big is because Steven Spielberg has taken him under his wing.

Christy Carlson Romano didn't do too bad for herself... she's the voice of Kim Possible, she did some Disney stuff on Broadway, she seems to do just voice over work and a small bit of acting these days, probably decided it was a better idea to just get out of it early.

That's a real bad picture of her... I prefer this one:

I am gonna laugh so hard when the local news stations ask movie goers how was the movie and some idiot will say "I took my son to see this movie and it just raped not only my childhood memories but now it did damage to my son...thank you mr. speilburg!!"

That's actually what I felt like after seeing this. It's the worst of them. The chase scenes were good but the overall movie just didn't work.

I don't know why it took so long, but there was always an intent to make a 4th film. And Ford has always liked the character of Indy so I don't think the delay was because of him.

The delay was because so many scripts were rejected. There was a rumor of one where the Ark was involved again. Where in order to open the Ark and not kill everyone, the villains needed some jewel encrusted ceremonial vest.

Well the whole Russians and Area 51 thing goes back to a script from around 1998-1999.

Gotta start getting ready to go.

Just got home.

Very entertaining.

Some parts were a little too much but overall, very good.

Just back from the viewing, and I'm not very impressed.

There's about a fifth of the film that feels like the old movies at all.

There's fun to be had in the movie, but DO NOT expect the style and charisma to hold over from the other three films. I think that listing my age might temper this review, so know that I'm just over 30.

My girlfriend was livid, but just because of some of the content that she was really not expecting from an Indiana Jones flick.

Just got back from seeing Uncharted: Indiana's Fortune. Fun flick, better than Temple, but doesn't quite approach Raiders or Crusade.

I enjoyed it, but I think I hyped myself a bit too much so I came away a bit disappointed. Also (don't read unless you've seen the movie)
Spoiler
Again, I enjoyed it but I think it could of been a lot better, but at the same time it could of been a lot worse.

I give it a 3 out of 4 Strells.

Your mom doesn't even get 3 out of 4 Strells.

Your description warrants a score on the negative side of things. The negative billions. Most of them coming from a Disney Channel leftover.

YESSIR
I was at the largest midnight showing in the country tonight! They announced it before the movie.

I thought the movie was ok. Nothing special. A fun flick but there were some parts that weren't believable.

So that little boy is from the last movies is going to come back like Jhon O' Conner and is going to be some messed up freak where it will be like.

Asian Kid now Guy : Indy remember me

Indy : Ace your grown up now, thats good now give me a hand

Asian Kid now Guy : I am sorry Indy I have jioned the better side

Blah blah Indy Kills of the Kid in some dramatic explosion where he gets eaten alive by pebbloiplous.

Well if you don't mind the movie being completely spoiled I'll clarify that a bit
Spoiler
I'm oversimplifying it, but that's the gist of it. I mean, they don't put too much of an emphasis on it during the movie until around the end but it annoyed me. My girlfriend thinks I'm just being too critical.

Again though I enjoyed it, quite a bit actually, I just couldn't let some things go apparently.

I know that's just a joke account but that'd probably be a way better ending. :D

But not the script?

Also saw it last night. First off I did like the the fact that
Spoiler
I thought that was already an interesting plot and could've done without the

. Maybe something a bit more.... Earthy.

Some of the scenes just didn't sit right with me (the flying nuclear fridge & Shia's monkey jungle swing) I expect over the top action in Indy but these were total cheez.
