Both of the websites for the stores have the promos on the front page of their sites, so I think they are probably available at most stores. Neither of the websites say which stores are participating, so you should call to make sure.

Thanks OP, I just went and got a chili dog. You also have the option to pay $0.32 to have cheese on top of your chili dog.
