is this a good deal for controller and Memory card?

both used. controller for 7 or 8$. memory card (the small one. kinda crappy but how manygames can it hold???) for 10$
is it?
 
IMO... the controller maybe. The card, not so much of a good deal. Maybe, if it's the 251 block (the black one), but definitely not for the 59 block. And definitely not for any memory that's not nintendo-brand, at any size. (that one's completely IMO, and YMMV)
 
it really depend on the games. Most 1 party games only take up a few blocks, other like animal crossing will take up the whole card.
 
I picked up a Nintendo brand 1019 at GS for 14.99. With the 20% coupon plus Edge, I got it for 10.49.

They had a bunch more. I sort of regret not grabbing them all at that price.
