How much does it cost to ship a PS3?

Depends where it's going. Melvindale to CA is roughly $60 USPS Priority or UPS Ground (using amazon's 17 lb weight and dimensions of 24x18x18). That's with $400 insurance (UPS) or none (USPS).

Change the dimensions, and that'll drop considerably.
 
$60? Ouuuuuuch. I don't think it cost that much to ship when I bought. I still have the box the seller shipped it in, so I'll check.
 
Melvindale to Beverly Hills 90210 is only $38 for Priority at a weight of 20lbs. To Tampa its only $27.

If you do your postage online, you also get a discount.

When I sent out my last gen game lot earlier this year to a fellow CAG, I insured it for $400-450 through the USPS. At the time, before the rate increases, it cost $6.40 for $400 to $500 in insurance.
