In approximately 5 hours, Castle Crashers will be crashing onto Xbox Live for a very modest 1100 points and being ever-prepared, I had 2700 points saved on my account, just incase something went wrong. And as always, it did.
After miscalculating the amount of points I actually had, I spent 1600 points on the Penny Arcade Episode One game.
ing genius, right? Nope. I'm sure you math whizzes can figure out where I'm going with this- I was left with 1100 points. Not only is it a really strange number to get to, but its a mere $1.25 away from castle-crashing nirvana. the MS Points pricing system, I say. So here's where you come in: I need points. But not too many points. Hell, I only need 100. But since I know it's difficult to only get 100 points, I'm going to give away three things to anyone who gets me the closest denomination of points they possibly can to 100.
One: Medium Sized Soul Calibur 4 shirt, black
Two: A code to download Fable 2 Pub Games (ten dorrah valoo)
Three: A Wii TV remote
Two of these things I have won from contests (and though its sad for me to part with them [Thanks Jim & DVD!], its CASTLE CRASHERS!) and one of them can't actually be bought.(technically) The Wii TV remote was a prize from Japan's Club Nintendo for recieving a certain amount of stars, and the shirt... well, its a shirt.
All the prizes go to the first person that gets a code for any number of points above 99... if that's even possible. Get crack-a-lackin!
Note: The Dream Car Challenge codes won't work. They won't let you redeem 'em anymore. Hence the reason this contest exists in the first place.
(Note: This is direct copy pasta from Destructoid, but someone suggested that I check CAG, and since I already had an account, and I'm hoping to get Castle Crashers ASAP, I figured "Hey, it couldn't hurt, right?" Sorry for never having posted before today though. I never really had reason to get involved in the community, though you guys have helped me plenty of times before.
