PRIZES: GRAND PRIZE (one [1] Grand Prize will be awarded): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for two (2) people (“Trip”) to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) for an upcoming Universal Pictures premiere (“Premiere”). The Trip includes the following: (i) roundtrip economy class (coach) airfare for Grand Prize winner and one (1) travel companion from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize winner’s hometown to LA, (ii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at hotel in LA (“Hotel”), and (iii) admission for Grand Prize winner and travel companion to Premiere. Specific air carrier(s), destination airport, Hotel, and Premiere are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee(s). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,700.00. The actual value of the Grand Prize travel may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations and hotel charges at the time of travel. Actual value of the Grand Prize awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. Any difference between actual value and stated ARV will not be awarded. All travel is subject to the following restrictions and conditions: All meals, ground transfers, gratuities, excursions, insurance, fees, surcharges, service charges or passenger facility charges, incidentals, departure and airport taxes, passport fees, visa fees and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion. All travel arrangements are to be administered by Sponsor or its designee(s). Grand Prize winner must give a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure. All elements of Grand Prize travel are subject to availability and holiday blackout dates. Travel must originate and end at the same major U.S. gateway airport. All travel must be taken and completed within one (1) year of Grand Prize winner notification. If winner is unable to travel by date indicated, prize will be forfeited.
Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries including the same departure city, departure date, destination and return date. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID at time of travel. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked. No frequent flier miles will be earned on any element of prize travel. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor or its designee. Releasees are not responsible for any changes of any element of Grand Prize travel and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or flight delays. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Travel is subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change.
No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as a prize; if a stopover occurs, the prize will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segments, including the return. Once hotel and flight have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor or its designee.
An unclaimed and/or unused Grand Prize travel package will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee.
FIRST PRIZE (ten [10] First Prizes will be awarded): Each First Prize consists of one (1) Konami Game Library featuring “Hellboy: The Science of Evil” video game. The ARV of each First Prize is $300. Note: specific video game titles and platform(s) awarded are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or its designee.
SECOND PRIZE (ten [10] Second Prizes will be awarded): Each Second Prize consists of a Universal Gift Pack, consisting of specific item(s) selected by Universal. The ARV of each Second Prize is $25.
Prizes are non-transferable, assignable and have no cash value. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed by the prize winnesr. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes may not be sold, bartered or exchanged by prize winners. Prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. By accepting a prize, the prize winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules.
The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $4,950.
The odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
