Same thing here, was the first group of the code 3 letters? All the others were 4...

No, I went to that website and put the code in it, it told me it was invalid. Was the first batch of the code just 3 characters for you?

Mine was and it didn't work.

My code was EWR-GYM2-CDDF-3B16-L0U8 and that worked just fine.

The first part of my code was three characters, and it worked for me.
 
Lol ill give u my code when i get it if someone gives me one month of xbox live. Mine runs out on the 23rd and i need more time to get a 1 year lol.
