Chuck is a typical geek squad guy with his own geeky charm until he becomes intelligence for Government Operatives. It's a real funny show, at least for me...

Yvonne Strahovski helps too. xD

I watch it, but it's way too repetitve and self-contained. "Oh, this week Chuck has to go on a secret agent mission EVEN THOUGH HE'S JUST A NERD and has to romance/sex up/get captured by/help capture some hot chick, EVEN THOUGH HE'S JUST A NERD."

Still, gotta love it. The bit this week where he and his bearded friend used their COD strategy talk to fool those thugs was pretty funny.
 
I want to watch this but T:SCC needs a new night or this needs one. Out of the two I have to go with T:SCC but I do plan to check this out from time to time online. I may pick up the box set of season one and later the set for season 2.

I agree. I had to dump TSCC in favor of Chuck even though there are like 4 nights of TV where I don't watch anything. Mondays are unbelievably annoying and these network schedulers are retarded. Who cares if one show has to move to a different night? If it will get more viewers than why not?
 
I don't get pigtails. My guy likes them too but my hair's too short and I feel dumb.

Chuck I can't get into as much as I feel I should. I watched the whole season and I was definitely entertained, but there's something ...wrong? I don't know.
 
lol, ok... well, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's something that some guys like but it shouldn't be an end the relationship detail. If the guy really likes you it's because of you and not your hair.

I enjoy the show, but they do reuse the same few jokes over and over again.
 
If its on Monday than hell no.. Watched most of the first season but got tired of it. If you want geek comedy on Monday's Big bang theory is the way to go, and its right before How I met your mother.. both shows are great...though Big bang theory sometimes is a let down.
 
I like Chuck, but the first few episodes of the second season haven't been that great.

It's vice versa for me. I stopped watching HIMYM because I thought the writing for the show went down hill after season 2. Big Bang Theory on the other hand is guaranteed laughs every week.

But the best show on television is Pushing Daisies. I have absolutely no reason why more people aren't watching it. I hope it doesn't get cancelled.

I agree, Pushing Daisies is an amazing show. I've never seen anything like it.

I really like Chuck, but it does seem to be using the same old stuff from last season.

As for Pushing Daises... I still don't get it. Maybe I gotta do more drugs or something.
 
You Got The Touch and Tom Sawyer featured prominently in one episode of television. My mind is blown.

Id on't even watch the show regularly, but that was an awesome episode. I haven't heard You Got The Touch in years, since the transformers movie.
 
I Love This Show!!! :bouncy: I was a HUGE Adam Baldwin fan (from Firefly...he's hilarious) and am glad to see that he is back. I never watch tv on tv anymore. I have been catching up via NBC.com/Fox.com with my tv needs!! :D This is by far one of my favorite shows (with Heroes/Lost/BSG/Fringe/Bones/House tied for first). Thank goodness for internet tv!! :)

Now if only they had more eye candy for girls. I'm sick of all the "geeks"/ugly bad guys. ;) Bring on a cute baddie for once! (although Chuck is becoming cuter as the episodes progress...).

Also, they sure are doing well at making the video game references! I believe this weeks was Grand Theft Auto (haven't played it but the Stealing cars/etc. kind of made me think of it!) ... and i loved the previous episode's incorporation of a COD battle plan into the story line! LOL!

And yeah, Chase, that line of "please don't be a porno" combined with the "I need to go change into my drinking pants" (sexy as they were) had me in tears LOLing! :rofl:

But ugh! That new assistant manager is going to drive me batty! He is so annoyingly frustrating and at first I thought he was hitting on Chuck?!?! Did anyone else get that vibe? So now he hates him and wants to rip him out? Hmmmm ...
 
i got mine at target the other day and my friend who works at luckys said they got em as well

also i found them by the drinks section and they come in a sheet of four
 
I picked up a set of glasses from Vons last night since my Ralphs did not have them. Each sheet has 4 sets of glasses on them so it should limit the hoarders unless some one is having a really big Superbowl party and needed a lot for the 3D commercial.

The Publix I went to today was giving them out at the cash registers. I've been looking for them at many different grocery stores lately.
 
Finally saw the 3D episode...gave me a headache. I would have enjoyed it more in HD...the first scene with Chuck having that dream with Sarah :drool:
 
The 3D looked decent when stuff was not moving like the breakfast scene in the kitchen where the characters really popped out from the backgrounds and looked layered. Maybe if they used the old 3D glasses style to film the episode, you would have seen more popping off the screen.
