I'm at the last story mission in FE: Path of Radiance, but I'm stuck. Don't know how much of a spoiler this is, but according to various FAQs
I haven't gotten anything to trigger this event, in all the times I've tried to play this map. Bought my copy of the game used, but it's scratch-free; also, I'm playing on a Wii and in Hard mode if it makes a difference.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any help is appreciated!

I'm supposed to get a "laguz general" (Tibarn, Naesala, or the Gallian general, forgot his name) to help me out after the first turn.
